HARVEST   First half of October.
WINEMAKING   Fermentation temperature between 27ºC and 28ºC. Fermented for 18 days
AGEING  

Type of oak: 60% French oak and 40% American oak. Average cask age: 3 years. Cask ageing: 12 months. Bottle ageing: 12 months.

TASTING NOTES   Brilliant, low- depth ruby- red. Clean and complex to the nose, with aromas of well- assembled fruit with noticeable hints of fine oak. Well- structured, balanced and tasty in the mouth. Complex, elegant finish.
SERVING TEMPERATURE   We recommend serving this wine at between 18ºC and 20ºC.
GASTRONOMY   This wine combines very well with stews, red meats and small game and medium- cured cheeses.
