Harvest   First half of October
Winemaking   Fermentation temperature between 26ºC and 28ºC.
Tasting notes   Impressive, deep cardinal- red. Fragrant aromas of pure fruit; powerful and attractive. Meaty in the mouth with a good concentration of flavours. Long finish.
Serving Temperature   A young, fruity wine exhibiting such aromatic fineness, is best served at a fairly cool temperature, between 13ºC and 15ºC
Gastronomy   An excellent companion to typical Spanish food such as paella, chorizo or cured ham, as well as rice dishes, white meats and young non- smoked cheeses.
