Elaboration
Vinification separately both varieties, a controlled temperature of 26 degrees to the Bobal, 28 for Cabernet and Tempranillo. Maceration of 8,12 and 10 days respectively. Malolactic in new French oak barrels and American, with a barrel later moved to second year of French oak for Bobal and Cabernet, and barrel in the second and third year of French and American oak for Tempranillo

Taste note
Pillory red, bright, well covered. Suggestive nose and rich in nuances, with elegant mineral notes, ripe fruit, licorice and coppices. In the mouth it is tasty, ample, structured with balance. Long finish.
