Individual fermentation of the Bobal variety by carbonic semi-maceration and of the Syrah variety by cold prefermentative maceration and subsequent fermentation at low temperature.

Taste note
Intense cherry colour with purple sparkles, very brilliant, clean. Black little fruits on nose, frank and very varietal. Kind in mouth, wide, fruity with a long aftertaste.
