Pasión de Bobal 2009

This wine comes from our vineyards over 25 years that begins clearly the potential of quality and balance necessary for the production of a wine with character. Harvest in boxes at the end of October with a selection of grapes to the winery entrance. Long and peculiar development with phases of pre-fermentation maceration and brief cold fermentation at low temperatures. After this stage came the malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels 100% of first use and age on it until 6 months.

Cherry red robe and violet rim. Nose with good red and black fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, cassis very well run by a side of creamy, light barrel toast, a touch of spice and some licorice. Very tasty in the mouth, fruity, spherical tannin, good acidity and light touches of vanilla, smoke and toast. A punchy wine in balance.
