Elaboration
Selection Merlot, Bobal and Garnacha grapes. Made from pre-fermentation maceration, bleeding and subsequent fermentation at low temperature for each variety separately. The percentage used Garnacha, has undergone a process of criomaceration (-16 º C) prior to fermentation.

Tasting
The result is a bright straw yellow wine with an enchanting blend of citrus aromas, soft white flowers and toasty memories. Palate broad, enveloping, creamy, fresh acidity and interesting persistence evocative.
