Harvest
The harvest from late August to mid September. The print run is made in the month of March.
The Xarel.lo comes from our vineyard La Pedrera which is 350 meters. Trellis strain.
The Chardonnay comes from our vineyard The parany which is 230 meters. Trellis strain.
The Pinot Noir comes from our vineyard But Moio found to 216 meters. Trellis strain.

Tasting
Nose: Delicate and complex, white fruit (pear), tropical fruits (mango, passion fruit) aromas with pleasant vintage frame (nuts: almond, hazelnut).
Palate: Mouth-filling, fresh, delicate and attractive that reflects its aromatic complexity. The optimum aging, its pleasant and fine effervescence (persistent crown) and well balanced acidity confers fresh and delicious flavours and rich aftertaste.
