Elaboration
Viognier
Destemming, (elimination of the grape stalks or stems before crushing the grapes). Pellicular maceration this is cooling the grape at 8ºC. Subsequent separation of the must (drawing off and clearing) cleared and slow fermentation at 13ºC. A part of the must has fermented in fine-grained French casks (300 lit).
Xarel·lo

Taste note
Nose: This wine is characterized for its deep and elegant nose. Intense aromas, rich fresh fruit shades (mango), with mineral touches of sun-dried pitted apricot and stone fruits (apricot, peach, medlar).
Palate: Mouth filling, with light and agreeable tropical hints, complex, beautifully balanced, good acidity and long aftertaste.
